董彦君 教授


1. 个人简介:

董彦君博士教授,遗传学硕士生导师和南京农业大学兼职博士生导师,上海师范大学遗传学硕士点和遗传研究所负责人。1987年本科毕业于浙江大学,1997年赴日留学,获硕博士学位,并从事日本学术振兴会(JSPS)资助的博士后研究(2003-2005)20054月回国后一直在上海师范大学工作,同年破格晋升为遗传学教授。荣誉称号有上海市浦江学者(2006),教育部中国科技论文在线优秀学者(2007),浙江省宁波市海外优秀人才(2009)。学术兼职有上海市重点实验室评估专家(2010—),国家科技奖励评审专家(2012—),上海市科学技术奖评审专家(2015—),教育部留学归国人员基金项目评审专家(2010—),湖北省(2014—)、上海市(2007—)、浙江省(2008—)和福建省(2009—)科技项目评审专家,教育部中国科技论文在线论文(2008—)和《中国水稻科学》杂志(2009—)论文评审专家,中国农业科学院研究生院博士学位论文评审专家(2010—),上海市农学会理事(2007—)和中国植物生理学会植物衰老专业委员会委员(2009—),上海崇明绿岛农业科技研究所(民营)所长(2013—);现为《遗传》、《基因组学与应用生物学》和《上海农业学报》杂志编委,并曾承担国际上的《Asian Journal of Plant Science(2003-2009)和《Communication in Biometry and Crop Science(2006-2007)以及《International Journal of Plant Breeding and Genetics(2007-2010)杂志编委。

目前主要从事植物分子遗传学研究与教学以及功能稻米开发等工作,先后参加与主持过多项国家、省部级攻关课题和国际课题2项。2005年回国后先承担和主持国家863计划,国家自然科学基金项目,教育部留学归国人员基金项目,国家农业部948重大项目,国家航天育种工程以及上海市科委重大和重点项目、上海市浦江人才计划项目、上海市教委重点项目等20余项。迄今已在TAGPlant BiologyPlant Cell ReportsCrop SciencesPlant ScienceJournal of Genetics and BreedingJournal of Cereal ScienceBiochemical GeneticsField Crops ResearchEuphytica, Breeding Science、植物学报、遗传学报(英文版)和中国水稻科学等国内外重要杂志上发表论文100余篇,其中SCI论文41篇,并参编英文专著一部。另外,先后获得浙江省科技进步奖二等奖和三等奖各1项。
