一、硕士点概况

遗传学硕士点依托我校生命与环境科学学院,遗传研究所以及植物种质资源开发服务中心建立于 1996 年,设基因定位与分子克隆分子遗传学与基因工程药用植物基因工程、微生物与转基因技术、植物分子生物学5个研究方向目前担科技部重大基础研究专项(863计划)、国家生物转基因研究专项、国家农业部948重大项目、国家自然科学基金项目,教育部留学归国基金项目、国家航天育种重大工程、上海市科委重大和重点项目、上海市浦江人才计划、上海市启明星计划、上海市教委重点项目以及上海市农委重大科技攻关项目等。近来,获得省级科学技术进步一等奖和二等奖各一项。

毕业的研究生具有很好的就业前景及深造机会。除了继续选择攻读博士学位之外,毕业生大多在上海市及长三角地区的科研院所以及高、中等院校从事科研、教学、科研、管理、研发等工作。近来的每年有三分之以上的毕业生就职于中科院上海生命科学院下属研究所。

主要课程:分子遗传学、分子细胞生物学、基因组学、分子生物学实验原理与技术,生化分离分析技术,生物信息学、植物遗传工程、蛋白质组学、药用植物代谢工程等。
