王元凤简历

1. 个人简介:

王元凤博士,副教授/特聘研究员,现任上海师范大学生物化学与分子生物学专业硕士生导师,现为上海师范大学食品安全与营养创新团队负责人,上海市食品学会会员,上海市细胞学会会员。2005年博士毕业于江南大学食品科学国家重点实验室(导师金征宇教授),2001年硕士毕业于湖南农业大学教育部茶学重点实验室(导师刘仲华教授),20113月被聘为上海师范大学特聘研究员。一直从事天然产物与食品安全方面的研究和开发工作。

现主持完成国家自然科学基金2项、上海市青年科技启明星启明星跟踪项目2项、上海市生物医药重点等项目5项,为十一五”863项目副组长,近年来J Agri Food ChemFood Res Int, ,Carbohyd Polym等期刊上发表与本项目相关学术论文40多篇其中SCI收录30,为Carbohyd PolymJ Appl Polym Sci JIMBJTICE食品科学等期刊审稿人,国家自然科学基金预防医学组和食品科学组项目通讯评议专家,上海市科委项目评审专家。2007年获上海市科技启明星称号,2011年获上海市科技启明星(跟踪)称号。
